What youll be doing Laboratory Testing & Colour Matching - Perform routine and specialised testing on ink samples.
- Evaluate properties such as viscosity, colour strength, drying time, tack, and other critical quality parameters.
- Conduct colour matching and visual colour assessments. Instrument Calibration & Validation - Conduct regular calibration and validation of laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability of results. Quality Control & Compliance - Monitor ink batches and laboratory processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify deviations and implement corrective actions where required.
- Label, retain, and manage samples according to company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and quality standards. Statistical Process Control (SPC) - Apply SPC techniques to analyze process trends and variations.
