Laboratory technician

Main Accountabilities Support and partially drive development and testing of new formulations, applications and chemistries: Support and develop new product concepts to enter new customer/market segments; Support sampling process (for customers, seminars and exhibitions); Execute the functional (and sensory testing) potential of the market segment’s product range; Drive innovation through the Market segment’s lateral value chain; Create digital content for customer portal; Support and drive customer/supplier and in-house seminars; Work in close collaboration with the sales team to support project development and trouble shooting; Ensure tracking and reporting on innovation & pipeline development; Drive and support responsibility for the lab (safety, maintenance and quality standards).
