Laboratory Manager |Healthcare

Summary: Oversee the overall operation and administration of the laboratory. Reports to Medical Director (CGO) for lab related matters. Reports to Chief Operating Officer (COO) for administrative and non-clinical matters.

• Basic Salary | $6,500 to $9,500, depending on experience.

• Work Location | Yishun, A Posh Bizhub.

• Work Details | Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Job Scopes:

• Supervise and manage laboratory personnel, including hiring, training, evaluating performance, and ensuring staff adherence to protocols.

• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure the accuracy, precision, and reliability of laboratory results.

• Ensure the laboratory operates in a safe environment, following safety protocols for handling hazardous materials and chemicals.
