Laboratory Head – QA/QC (NPK Fertiliser Laboratory)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and manage the NPK QA/QC Laboratory operations

✅ Ensure accurate testing and analysis of fertiliser products as per ISO and AOAC standards

✅ Oversee laboratory instruments, calibration, method validation, and preventive maintenance

✅ Drive quality assurance, regulatory compliance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop the laboratory team

✅ Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, regulatory authorities, and certification bodies

✅ Ensure laboratory safety, documentation, traceability, and timely reporting
