Laboratory Assistant I

Alberta Precision Laboratories’ Mobile Collections team is seeking independent, skilled, and experienced Medical Laboratory Assistants (MLAs) to support our mobile service areas. As a Mobile MLA, you will deliver high‑quality collection services to patients in long‑term care facilities and private residences, helping ensure timely and reliable laboratory results for some of Alberta’s most vulnerable populations. This role requires frequent lifting of up to 10 lbs. and the ability to apply strong organizational, problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and decision‑making skills. You will rely on effective time‑management and task‑prioritization to complete repetitive tasks with accuracy while providing safe, respectful, and patient‑focused care.
