In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Knowledge of Federal Laws and Official Mexican Standards (NOMs) issued by the Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). Experience managing employee services (industrial cafeteria and transportation). Supervision of the security guard team to ensure continuous coverage of operations. Implementation and management of AI-equipped CCTV systems for automated access control, risk detection, and perimeter security optimization. Fostering a healthy culture of appropriate conduct through the Labor Relations Policy. Preparing reports and charts regarding written and verbal interviews and disciplinary sanctions.
