**Position Purpose**


Serve as the lead professional for labor consulting and litigation consulting, providing legal and strategic support to leadership, mitigating labor risks, leading labor relations matters, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, internal policies, and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**


+ Lead analyses and recommendations regarding legal, labor, and union-related risks to support leadership decision-making.
+ Support and/or lead union negotiations, collective bargaining discussions, and interactions with employee representatives, seeking sustainable business solutions.
+ Act proactively in the interpretation and application of labor legislation, collective agreements, internal policies, and corporate practices.
