Lab Support Technician II

Job Highlights:

This is a part time PRN Phlebotomist position for St. Mary's Hospital in Madison. Shifts available for pick up are primarily day shift but can pick up on other shifts as well. The schedule includes an every other weekend and every other holiday requirement.

Work Schedule

Variable hours, including: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM 4:00 AM - 8:30 AM 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM 5:00 AM - 9:00 AM 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Every other weekend required (8-hour shifts to ensure departmental coverage). Every other holiday required.

On-call availability required.

Job Summary:

Under general supervision, this position performs standard laboratory tasks according to procedures. May perform phlebotomy and/or waived testing. May also perform various low complexity testing as well as a variety of general clerical duties to support the laboratory department, including receptionist and secretarial support, admission activities, and order entry processing...
