Duties you will be responsible for:

Work with the Medical Director, pathologists, histotechs and laboratory assistants to maintain expected turnaround times.

Maintain histotech schedules.

Provide guidance to histotechs and lab assistants; mentor and train new personnel when needed.

Maintain current knowledge of changes in laboratory procedures.
