Lab Manager, AD-Omics

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lab Manager to oversee daily operations in our single cell multi-omics (SCMO) laboratory . This role is central to ensuring smooth sample processing, regulatory compliance, and coordination among scientists, technicians, and service providers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in molecular biology, single cell sequencing workflows, and lab management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the single cell sequencing lab
• Manage and train lab technicians and junior scientists
• Coordinate and schedule project workflows and sample processing timelines
• Maintain lab equipment, service contracts, and calibration logs
• Order and track consumables, reagents, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with biosafety (BSL-2), quality (e.g., ISO13485), and data integrity standards
