Lab Admin (Fresher)

Responsibilities:
Test environment set-up & troubleshoot.
Equipment calibration planning.
Lab Capital and Non-Capital Asset management, inventory control.
Lab Logistics, Asset Shipments.
Procurement Support – (Purchasing, Request Quotation, Raise SC).
Audit (Finance, reconciliation, cycle-count etc). Requirements
Possess Diploma in any Engineering courses with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Fluency in Mandarin, Malay and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Self-driven and ability to multi-task in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Good decision making, analytical, and meticulous attention to detail.
Good statistical skills to provide comprehensive update on work progress and data compilation.
Strong verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa. Additional advantage for Mandarin language speakers.
Self-sufficient, able to manage the stakeholders, able to work well with co-workers.
Willing to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
