Key Responsibilities
Provide

L3 technical support

for networking, cybersecurity, and OS‑related incidents.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across:
Network Infrastructure:

Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF
Cybersecurity:

Threat detection, access control, SIEM, vulnerability management
Operating Systems:

Windows Server, Linux distributions (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS)...
