About the company
This business is seeking a driven and energetic IT Service Desk Engineer who wants to progress their career. You will be working with an experienced and well-rounded team providing Level 1 support with the ability to also work on some projects from time to time.

This role is mostly WFH however, there will be the occasional requirement to go to a client site for some onsite maintenance. 

You will have an excellent phone manner as well as great written communication skills as you will be looking after this business’s most important assets, their customers!

About the job;
On a day-to-day basis, you will be required to administer support and provide maintenance to:

  • Microsoft Windows Desktop & Server 
  • Microsoft Exchange & 365 administration 
  • Remote Desktop/Terminal Services/Azure Virtual Desktop 
  • Remote access and monitoring systems 
  • Microsoft Azure ...
