Role Summary

Formulation of different AI whilst adhering to UPL BOM procedures, handling of dangerous goods including flammables and hazardous materials, maintain accuracy and efficiency of processes – OEE, CCP, RFT, SHEQ, 5S, YIELDS ATTAINMENT and deliver daily production targets as per scheduled daily plan.

Role Responsibilities

• Safe handling of hazardous and flammable materials within the PSD conditioning, formulation and packing sequence.
• Oversee Packing Assistant activities, optimize and troubleshoot within the work centre.
• Ensure process efficiencies on the allocated work centre – P v A, OEE, CCP, RFT, production yields, inventory accuracy.
