KYC/AML Analyst - Contract

Our client is seeking a motivated Analyst to join their Operations team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding the firm by ensuring smooth account onboarding while meeting stringent regulatory and compliance standards.

The Client Onboarding (COB) team partners closely with Legal, Compliance, AML, and Management to mitigate risks in onboarding new PWM clients. PWM Operations supports clients through asset transfers, account opening, execution services, performance measurement, and reporting.

• Review and validate account onboarding and maintenance documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Understand diverse client account structures and required legal documentation.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization of account documentation.
• Perform system data input for account setup and suitability reviews.
• Identify red flags during onboarding and elevate appropriately. <...
