KVCC Biology Faculty (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

• Teach lecture and laboratory courses in the Biological Sciences Program starting with the Fall 2026 semester.
• Provide student advising.
• Develop curriculum.
• Conduct assessment for current and new courses.
• Participate in student success and retention activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in a community college environment.
• Experience teaching biology, microbiology, and biochemistry at the college level.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with molecular biology techniques.
• Research experience in a molecular, biochemistry or biotechnology lab.
