Duties

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across Key Stage 1
• Adapt quickly to different classroom environments and school routines
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere
• Support pupils in their learning and encourage participation
• Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress
• Uphold school policies and safeguarding procedures

Ideal KS1 Supply Teacher

• Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Demonstrates strong classroom management and adaptability
