The CSI Agent acts as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless car rental experience.
Key Responsibilities • Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, assist with rental inquiries, and explain rental policies and procedures clearly.
• Rental Process Management: Guide customers through vehicle selection, documentation, payment processing, and vehicle handover.
