Role Purpose

The KPA & KPI Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, standardisation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the organisation's Key Performance Areas (KPAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role exists to ensure that all positions within the organisation have clearly defined, measurable objectives and business aligned performance expectations that enable effective performance management, accountability and achievement of strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be the organisation's subject matter expert on performance measurement frameworks, ensuring that KPAs and KPIs are relevant, measurable, achievable and aligned with operational and strategic goals.
