An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Paralegal to join the Restructuring team of a leading US law firm in London. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the team's knowledge function.
The role is initially offered on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with a strong view to becoming a permanent, long-term position due to continued growth and demand within the team.
The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers to:
- Lead on know-how collation and organisation
- Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources
- Conduct legal and market research to support the team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, including through the use of AI tools
