DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Implement Knowledge Management initiatives and coordinate KM efforts across PM and subordinate organizations.
+ Identify internal/external best KM practices and provide a framework to ensure the capture, harnessing and exploitation of intellectual capital.
