Knowledge Management Specialist

Qualifications:

• at least 2-3 years of experience in Content Management
• Has working experience in business analysis, stakeholder management and client management
• Amenable working in Hybrid setup and Night/Mid Shift

Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding product specifications, updates, and strategies. Generate reports for the management on product performance and user feedback.
