Knowledge Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management & Change Enablement Specialist to lead the organization’s knowledge governance framework by driving SOP standardization, documentation excellence, and effective change management. This role is responsible for ensuring that operational knowledge is accurate, accessible, compliant, and consistently adopted across the organization to support business excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, govern, and continuously enhance the organization’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) framework and documentation standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly, and compliant SOPs in collaboration with Operations, Quality, Process Excellence, and Client Success teams.
