Villa Cesare is seeking a dependable, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and can lead kitchen operations during both large-scale events and daily service needs.
The Kitchen Manager will work directly under Corporate Chef Saul Ramos and play a key role in executing events, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring the overall facility operates smoothly.
Compensation- $50,000 annual salary
- Performance-based bonus opportunities
- Full-time position
- Oversee and run kitchen operations during banquets, weddings, private events, and daily functions
- Coordinate with Corporate Chef on prep, execution, staffing, and kitchen standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas
- Manage inventory, storage, labeling, and food rotation
