Kitchen Lead: Quality, Safety & Ops

SUHANG GOURMET PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen operative to manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent food quality and freshness as per SOPs and NEA guidelines. You will prepare, cook and serve a variety of items following the menu, maintain cleanliness and safety, and ensure proper use of equipment.

The role also involves assisting with inventories and stock ordering to support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.
