Kitchen Facility Designer

A global brand, headquartered in Chicago, is looking for a Space Planner who will specialize in restaurant projects!
Responsibilities:

+ Will participate in remodels as well as new construction restaurant projects

+ Will analyze both customer and employee traffic flow in order to increase efficiency of space utilization and improve design

+ Participate in equipment placement and rearrangement

+ Will redline and update floor plans, elevations, sections, and details

+ Review shop drawings and communicate with vendors/suppliers

+ Adhere to ADA guidelines for restaurant design

+ Will work on architectural detailing and space planning

+ Will be placing kitchen, plumbing, utility equipment, and order stations throughout the restaurant

Desired Skills:

+ Experience producing construction documents, elevations, sections, details in AutoCAD

+ Experience marking up/red lining drawings
