Role & responsibilities

A candidate must be aware of Troubleshooting and maintenance of

Hot Equipment

Combi oven, cooking range, grills, fryers, mixer grinders, tilting pan, tabletop grills, slicer machine, Heavy duty rotary and Deck oven, Dishwasher, pizza oven, hi speed oven etc.

Cold Equipment

Chillers, Freezers, Blast chiller/freezers, Ice cream machines, Deep freezers, Cold room, Super freezers etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to check the wiring diagrams for easy diagnosis.
• Troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs on-site or in a workshop
• Performing routine maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing equipment to prevent breakdowns
• Ability to check the spare parts list and identify the required spare parts.
