Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cook or help cook simple dishes as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment
• Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Dispose of waste properly and keep work areas organized
• Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients when needed

Qualifications:

• Has at least Highschool diploma or College level in any fields or NC II Program in cookery.
• Prior experience in a similar position.
• Has prior knowledge on how to cook Japanese cuisine is a plus.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
