Kitchen Cook
Work Schedule: 5–6 Days per Week
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation requirements.
- Ensure all food is cooked properly and presented in an appealing and consistent manner.
- Study recipes and prepare all necessary ingredients before food preparation.
- Slice, dice, chop, and prepare raw ingredients efficiently and safely.
- Delegate tasks to kitchen assistants and support staff when required.
- Prepare a variety of local and Western cuisine, with preference given to candidates experienced in Chinese cuisine.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control standards.
