Responsibilities

• Responsibility for quality standards, service procedures, cost control and the operational management of our 50‑seat restaurant ‘Palmeras’.
• Coordinating and supervising all activities of the kitchen and service staff, a team of 3 people.
• Responsibility for attractive offers and menu planning.
• Organisation and preparation of all meals.
