Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in cooking Udupi style vegetarian snacks and lunches, including chopping vegetables and preparing meals while keeping low salt and low oil requirements.
• Participate in inventory management: receive and help with inventory, purchase vegetables, and wash utensils.
• Manage food delivery orders and communicate any specific customer requirements to the Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools and work spaces.
