Job Description

Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards. Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment. Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required. Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed. Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.
