Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recombinant protein expression across expression systems
• Maintain and develop cell cultures for antibody production
• Perform protein purification with FPLC chromatography systems
• Conduct basic biophysical characterization of proteins
• Document laboratory procedures and maintain SOPs
