Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations and employee supervision
• Recruit and train new employees effectively
• Manage inventory levels and merchandising strategies
• Monitor staff performance and develop talent
• Cultivate relationships with customers and community partners
Requirements:
• 5 years of retail management experience required
• Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
