KG Teacher - Al Ain

Position Purpose

The KG Teacher is responsible for facilitating the learning of students in their grade/class and ensuring that they progress in line with school and curriculum expectations, whilst in a safe and happy environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Use excellent subject knowledge, pedagogic and interpersonal skills to enthuse students and enable students to enjoy learning.
• Plan lessons taking in full account of students’ individual learning needs, as well as their individual learning styles, preferences and capabilities.
• Deliver a programme of learning opportunities and activities to enrich and enhance the taught curriculum.
• Engage and motivate students to achieve at levels that are beyond their expectations and previous limits.
