Key Customer Manager
Responsible for ensuring execution of commercial strategies with key customers, supporting the Customer Development Manager (CDM) in negotiations, establishing long‑term relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities for our brands and categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Support the area in achieving the company’s sales and distribution goals for key customers.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans aligned with the company strategy to drive profitability, increase sales, volumes, distribution and market share.
- Provide deep analysis of performance trends, monitor KPIs, and define and implement action plans to improve performance.
