Key Accounts Specialist (Lead Generation/ Relationship Builder)

Minimum Requirements

• College Graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• 3 – 5 years Sales Experience (preferably in the Automotive, Real Estate, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Presentation Skills: Strong public speaking and presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Has a valid Driver’s License.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect new corporate clients within targeted industries and premium communities.
• Build a network through golf, Lifestyle, and Corporate associations.
• Qualify leads against corporate client profiles.
• Present BMW’s Corporate offerings (e.g., volume discounts, fleet packages, lifestyle perks).
• Transition qualified leads to the Technical Specialist for proposal development and closure.
