Responsibilities

• Assist in handling top client accounts, resellers, dealers & distributors
• Process orders & track deliveries
• Coordinate with sales, logistics & marketing teams
• Prepare reports & presentations
• Handle client inquiries professionally

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus
• Knowledge in social media is a plus
