About the job Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
This position exists to develop and manage high value customers for lubricant sales; Achieves sales targets / servicing premium customers; Develops strong long-lasting relations for recurring business.
Key Responsibilities:
Engages in Sales and Marketing of Shell Lubricants in order to achieve sales targets
Handles customers and their transition from Direct to indirect channel;
Forecasts and manages customer's expectations
Responsible to achieve sales targets and develop pipeline of future prospects
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
Manages customer relationship; Possess the product knowledge and ensure its application;
Communicates with customers and analyses their needs and offer effective solutions
Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
Aims to expand the business network
