Key Account Manager

We are looking for **Key Account Managers** to join our Personal Health sales team.
**Your role:**
+ Creation and adaption of both customer & Philips strategy.
+ Ensuring sales & profit targets are set and achieved, delivering against account specific growth plan.
+ Negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution and pricing agreements.
+ Constructing, agreeing and implementing customer joint business plans.
+ Growing Philips market share by focusing on range, product mix, and promotional effectiveness.
+ Actively seek & position new concepts and strategies, in alignment with Customer Marketing Manager’s, driving the digital agenda.
+ Co-ordinating with company supply chain function to ensure on-time fulfilment of orders.
+ Collaborating with Category Management to analyse sales & market trends and identify emergent risks & opportunities.
+ Ensuring accounting records are completed on time and in full.
