Key Account Manager Corporate Salest (C1-IB-ES-V-2,)
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet Customers (Key Accounts)
- Plan and execute commercial activities (calls, agenda, visits) in line with agreed qualitative and quantitative objectives, minimizing commercial risk.
- Manage, retain, and develop the assigned customer portfolio, maximizing its business potential.
- Build in-depth knowledge of customers, BMW Group products and services, and competitors.
- Identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
- Propose, prepare, and review commercial negotiations with the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Steer and ensure the contribution margin per unit in each deal.
- Coordinate order requests with Back Office and monitor the order book until vehicle delivery.
- Engage key accounts through brand events and customer activities.
