What you'll be doing

We’re looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to drive the commercial success of a portfolio of globally recognised beauty brands across the GCC. This highly visible role will partner with leading retailers, brand principals, and internal stakeholders to maximise sales performance, optimise stock, and strengthen long‑term commercial relationships.

• Manage strategic regional retail accounts across the GCC, acting as the primary commercial contact for both retailers and brand partners.
• Develop and execute annual commercial plans, sales budgets, and joint business plans in collaboration with Business Unit Leaders and international brand principals.
• Drive sell‑in performance by monitoring sales, negotiating commercial terms where applicable, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
