preferences, and take orders.
* Account Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and
loyalty.
* Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our productsto maximize customer
value.
* Order Coordination: Work closely with the operationsteam to ensure timely and accurate order
fulfillment.
* Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns or complaints effectively, ensuring prompt resolution
