KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Set up business & SnOP for this new platform.
+ Drive categories growth target & market share, including but not limited to categories growth management, assortment, perfect store online, campaign & BAU, demand planning joint-forecast, fulfillment & delivery, etc.
+ Manage operation excellence with customer & distributor.
+ Customer management: Partner and maintain great partnership with customer.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
+ Strong business development & customer management; negotiation and selling skill.
+ Self-motivated, interpersonal skill, bias for action, data-driven & result oriented.
+ Problem-solving ability with entrepreneurship mindset, strong ownership & leadership
+ Adapting quickly to changes
+ Very strong knowledge of online business & operation
KEY EXPERIENCESMin 3+ years working experience in: business development, account management; eCommerce.
