Room Service Supervisor

As a room service supervisor, you will support the head of housekeeping and be responsible for part of the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Your tasks include practical cleaning work, quality control, shift planning, and organizing and guiding work. You will ensure that work proceeds efficiently and in accordance with the hotel’s quality standards. Both your own and your team’s efforts are central to ensuring guest comfort and a high-quality customer experience.

We expect applicants to have strong previous experience in room cleaning tasks and experience in supervisory roles is considered an advantage. You work smoothly in changing situations and can manage overall tasks even in busy times. Success in this role requires good Finnish language skills and a valid B-driver’s license.
