Vacancy Description
- Assist with the analysis and evaluation of real estate investment/divestment pipeline including market research, financial feasibility studies, cashflow modelling, asset and property inputs for deals underwriting
- Prepare investment memorandum, presentations and other relevant materials for discussion and approvals
- Independently source for transaction/leasing comparables, market news/data points and research reports
- Support and collaborate with other internal/external stakeholders such as Sustainable Urban Renewal (SUR) teams, Corporate Finance, Portfolio Management, Asset Management in reviewing the transaction, due diligence and deal execution process
- Acquire knowledge in real estate private markets and understand the key factors for deal transactions
