At KWS, you will act as a frontline advocate for those in crisis, helping program participants and their children through a range of support services. Your responsibilities will include risk assessment, safety planning, and guiding individuals towards accessing community resources. Your presence will directly contribute to fostering a secure and supportive environment for those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming crisis calls and provide immediate support
• Assess and develop safety plans for program participants
• Facilitate household tasks and arrange transportation as needed
• Ensure safety and comfort for all individuals in the facility
