1. Employment Law Expertise
•Act as a legal advisor to HR teams, management, colleague, staff representative
• Train and raise awareness among HR team and managers on labor law
• Analyze and secure individual and collective employment-related decisions (hiring, mobility, disciplinary actions, terminations, reorganizations, work life)
• Ensure compliance of HR practices with applicable labor laws (local law, collective bargaining agreements, company agreements)
• Draft, review, and harmonize legal documentation, including:
o Employment contracts (permanent, fix term, part time, addendum)
o Internal policies,
o Collective bargaining agreements
• Monitor legal and case law developments in labor law and assess their business impacts
• Participate in cross-functional international projects (HR process harmonization, code of conduct, social compliance)
