Junior VoIP & Network Technician

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng Description: Our client is looking for someone in Pretoria who wants an opportunity to build a career in VoIP, Networking & IT support. This is a full-time, on-site role. Formal IT qualifications are not required, but you must be able to show practical ability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. They care more about what you have done, fixed, built, learned, or accomplished than certificates, diplomas and degrees. The work includes: Installing and setting up VoIP phones, routers, switches, Wi-Fi equipment, and network cabling Client site visits around Gauteng IT support for clients Troubleshooting Internet, Phone, Wi-Fi, and Network issues Keeping clear notes on jobs, client sites, faults, and fixes Using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to research issues, create documentation, and improve your workflow Useful experience, but not required: Fixing Wi-Fi, computers, phones, printers, or tech problems for family, friends, school, community project...
