Junior Tech Business Analyst

Responsibilities Lead requirement analysis sessions with external and internal clients and vendors to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals Facilitate design thinking workshops and translate user requirements into detailed use cases and technical solutions Communicate functional requirements and use cases clearly to technical and development teams to ensure system compliance with specifications Collaborate with customers to explain architectural decisions and resolve technical challenges Prepare and obtain sign-off on comprehensive documentation including requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, data management frameworks, interfacing, infrastructure requirements, and data migration approaches Develop and deliver system training programs to customers to ensure effective adoption Design and execute test plans and cases, trace results to requirements, and measure outcomes against customer expectations Perform functional and backend testing, analyze te...
